GIVING AS WORSHIP.

In 2 Corinthians 8:5, Paul praises the Macedonian believers for giving generously—not just of their resources, but of themselves: “They gave themselves first to the Lord and then to us in keeping with God’s will.” Their generosity flowed from hearts fully devoted to Christ.

That same heart posture guides our giving today. When we surrender our lives to the Lord, giving becomes more than a duty—it becomes an act of worship. It’s a joyful response to God’s grace and an opportunity to participate in His mission. Every gift helps advance the gospel and support the eternal work of Christ’s church.
